Missy graduated from Franklin County High School in 1989. Missy is married to David Fowler, who was a roofing contractor for many years before retiring here in Frankfort. Missy has one daughter, Alisha Leigh Roark, and her son Brier, who both live here in Frankfort. One of Missy’s favorite things in life is playing and teaching her grandson Brier. Missy has been a Customer Service Representative with Goins & Goins Insurance Agency for 28 years, assisting her many friends and thousands of clients with their insurance needs.
